This Privacy Policy explains how Tushar Lama ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Outspoken mobile application (the "App"). By using Outspoken, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the App:

Account information. When you sign in (for example, using Sign in with Google), we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address.
Conversation content. The messages and audio you provide during practice conversations, and the AI responses generated for you.
Subscription information. Your purchase and subscription status, processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
Usage and device data. Information such as app interactions, device type, operating system version, and diagnostic logs used to keep the App stable and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core conversation features of the App.
To create and manage your account and subscription.
To improve, troubleshoot, and secure the App.
To respond to your support requests.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Outspoken's conversation features are powered by artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic (the maker of Claude). To generate responses, the messages and content you send in the App are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is handled in accordance with Anthropic's own terms and privacy practices.

We also rely on the following trusted service providers, each of which processes limited data under its own privacy policy:

Anthropic — AI processing for conversations.
Google — sign-in, authentication, and app security/integrity services.
Apple — subscription and in-app purchase processing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your conversation content with third parties except the service providers listed above that are necessary to operate the App.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). Some information may be retained where required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also cancel your subscription or sign out at any time within the App or your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Outspoken is not directed to children under the age required in your region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated within the App.
