These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outspoken mobile application (the "App"), provided by Tushar Lama ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Outspoken, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Outspoken provides AI-powered speaking and conversation practice. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use the App in your region, and the minimum age associated with the App's age rating on the App Store. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
Attempt to misuse, manipulate, or extract the underlying AI in ways that violate these Terms or the providers' policies.
Reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the App or its security features.
Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

4. AI-Generated Content

Conversations in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for how you use any information provided by the App.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Outspoken offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans), which may include a free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and content (excluding your own inputs), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
